What is a car service?

A vehicle service is a series of car maintenance checks and tests after a certain mileage, or predetermined length of time, to check that your car is functioning efficiently.

Why should I service my car?

Regularly servicing your car is vitally important, as it can be the difference between your car running smoothly and with its best fuel efficiency, or being hit with an expensive, unexpected repair bill. Car servicing is necessary to check fluid levels, tyre pressure, and any other expected wear and tear.

How often should you service my car?

As a driver you may wonder, “when is my car service due?”. As a rule of thumb, car manufacturers recommend that drivers should service their car every 12 months or every 12,000 miles – whichever comes first – depending on what type of service you require. You will also receive a stamp or signature in your service book to show that the vehicle has been properly maintained.

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Service and MOT - Excellent from start to finish - on time, polite and friendly, efficient and could not have done better.  To have the service done at our own home saves the 'phaff' of going to a garage for the service, getting back without a car or being picked up and then collecting later.  I don't know why everyone doesn't use Roadside with such a good service at a good price.

Only down side was that the problem wasn’t picked up on diagnostic test. Feel like £72 wasted as what I thought was one thing turned out to be a whole other job. Thanks to mechanics for working in freezing cold on a Sunday though! Stacey also very good at keeping me updated.

I tried getting a quote from all over the place but these guys had the most reasonable one. Not only that, they gave me a quote and adhered to it, and did a great job. They also happen to come to you to fix the issue, so you save on time and fuel. Can't recommend you lot enough. Reason I am writing a review is because they were literally my first thought when my car has had another issue now, and I was like, that needs a 5 star!
